Our commitment to accessibility
Edro is committed to ensuring our platform and website are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes the measures we take, the standards we target, and how to reach us if you encounter a barrier.
Last updated: 8 July 2026
Standards we target
WCAG 2.1 Level AA
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the W3C
ADA Title II
Americans with Disabilities Act requirements for public entities
Section 508
US federal accessibility standard for electronic and information technology
EN 301 549
European standard for ICT accessibility
We aim for full conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA across all pages, product interfaces, and downloadable documents. Where we fall short, we document it below and track remediation to completion.
Measures we take
- →Including accessibility as a requirement in our design and engineering process
- →Conducting regular automated and manual audits using our own Edro platform
- →Providing accessibility training to all product and content team members
- →Welcoming user feedback and acting on it promptly
- →Engaging with disabled users during usability research
Known limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet fully conform. We track known issues openly.
Complex data tables
Some historical report tables may lack full row and column header associations. We are remediating these in Q3 2026.
Third-party embeds
Embedded content from third-party providers (e.g. video players) may not fully conform. We flag these in every scan report.
PDF exports
Older PDF exports may lack reading order tags. New exports generated after May 2026 are fully tagged.
